The Lady General Leadership Camp offers various programs with curriculums tailored to enhance the leadership abilities of girls ages 9-17. The camp is a two-day, day camp that consists of 13 core competency courses. The courses are strategically designed to encourage GREATNESS above average and EXEMPLARY over acceptable. Each course strategically embodies the importance of “Passing the Baton.” In addition to the core competencies, the Generals in training will enjoy a number of outdoor activities that promote wellness, fitness, character building, and team building.
The Lady General Camp has 20 committed female professionals from industries across the board that will provide instruction, mentorship, and comrade for the Generals in training. These Lady General Ambassadors come from politics, law, military, entrepreneurship, media, technology, and finance.
