Future Female Leadership Camp
Creating the Next Generation of Female Leaders
The Lady General Leadership Camp is a dynamic two-day experience designed for girls ages 9–17. With a curriculum built around 13 core leadership competencies, this day camp challenges participants to strive for greatness over average and exemplary over acceptable. Each course reinforces the powerful theme of "Passing the Baton", instilling responsibility, legacy, and resilience.
Beyond classroom instruction, our “Generals in Training” will engage in a variety of outdoor activities focused on wellness, fitness, character building, and teamwork—ensuring both minds and bodies are strengthened.
Participants will be guided by a distinguished team of 20 accomplished women—our Lady General Ambassadors—representing a wide range of industries, including politics, law, military, entrepreneurship, media, technology, and finance. These professionals serve as instructors, mentors, and role models, fostering a supportive and inspiring environment throughout the camp.
All travel, meals, and lodging are included.

- Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing (2–3 outfits)
- Closed‑toe athletic shoes (for outdoor activities)
- Light jacket or hoodie (for cool mornings/evenings)
- Personal hygiene kit (toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, etc.)
- Small backpack or tote
- Bath towel and washcloth
- Sleepwear
Optional but Recommended
- Sunscreen
- Lip balm
- Hair ties or headbands
- Flip flops or slides (for indoor use or showers)
- Small blanket or throw for downtime
- Snacks (if desired, though meals are provided)

- Weapons of any kind
- Tobacco, drugs, or alcohol
- Expensive electronics or valuables
- Inappropriate clothing (explicit or offensive prints)
